Learning a New Way to Work/Live
Sometimes I get caught up in all the minimalist-blog reading and the concepts therein.
Young people mostly write them, and they make it sound so easy!
Fifty-five going on thirty-five, my brain reels at the changes–
and of course it is not simple at all to learn all these new things, these blog themes, these media tools, these affiliations, these business structures designed to let me live what’s left of my life without starving or regret.
That being said, I’d like to let you know, should you care, that my main business site is at cinnamonbunny.com . I am working on an e-cookbook, and am in the midst of learning how to make cooking videos. Most of all, though, I am slowly learning how to maintain a recognizable point of view, to be a good writer, a good blogger.
But there’s method to the madness: I have a very strong, gut-level notion of how all this is going to shape up in the weeks ahead. This notion could use a bit more clarity and articulation, but I am hoping to be able to give it enough room to evolve naturally.
Is it possible to have a minimalist business which draws on several different skill sets? This is what I am trying to figure out.
